Ted Eader

  • Granison “Ted” Eader is one of Conway Eader’s founding partners and the firm’s managing attorney. He leads the firm’s diverse dispute practice. His broad range of litigation experience includes copyright, trademark, patent, employment, and contract cases. He has tried matters in both State and Federal Court and is well versed in both administrative and arbitration proceedings. While he prides himself in seeking efficient resolution, Ted is not afraid to argue when the situation calls for it.

Ted has also advised clients extensively in registering their intellectual property. The goal is to build a comprehensive protection strategy for proprietary, valuable ideas, and concepts. Ted’s registration work focuses on helping clients optimally position themselves to place would be infringers on notice, avoid disputes, or if necessary, win lawsuits. This expertise also comes in handy when defending clients accused of infringement.

For many of the firm’s long-standing clients, Ted and the rest of the Conway Eader team grow into a roll akin to outside general counsel. As a result, the team can and often does coordinate with cocounsel. On some occasions, the firm associates with local counsel in other jurisdictions to bring or defend lawsuits or partners with out of State firms to provide local counsel services in the Northern District of Georgia.

Ted also maintains a network of attorneys who specialize in adjacent areas of law. If he cannot address your legal needs, he probably knows someone who can. Whatever legal issues you may be facing, scheduling a free consultation with Ted is a good way to get started and put your mind at ease.
